Several times I have come here with minor problems with my watch-strap, and he has fixed it without charging me a cent. Replacing a watch-battery is also extremely inexpensive. At one point, he spent a long time trying to fix my old watch without success, and handed it back to me apologetically and without charging me for his time and effort. Always courteous and professional, experienced and very skilled.
