The moving crew showed up on time and had all of my belongings loaded and delivered in less than 2 hours. No dents, no errors! All of my belongings were handled with care and they protected the floors and doorways from outside elements. Friendly and professional! I found the moving crew to be so accommodating, respectful and friendly. They made the move to be a more pleasurable experience as I didn't even have to give much direction, as the crew instinctively knew appropriate placement of furniture. Budget friendly! As anyone who has moved before will tell you that relocating is exciting, frustrating and an emotional life changing event. I was trying to move my 4 bedroom house from Illinois to the South myself! I was trying to save money and was confident that I could do it myself when Mark and Chris turned my whole experience all around! My initial plan was to pack myself and have ABF transport my belongings. While ABF is a great solution for many, it was too much work and I would have needed a fleet of their trailers. In near tears and ready to make it happen, a friend called Mark who gave me an estimate and they were packing and loading within days of the estimate! The crew arrived on time (punctual), took care to pack everything-small & delicate (personal caring), individually covered every piece of furniture (attentive) secured furnishings (protected & stabilized), loaded, transported and unpacked the precious remnants of my life. My belongings arrived two days later where I was unloaded & re-assembled by a different yet very ambitious and hard working crew! Nothing was broken or damaged!
