Great people to do business with. Recently sold by the long time owner to the people who worked there. It's open again.

These people are top notch. They did a magnificent job on existing wood floors in a house we…read morerehabbed. We WILL call upon them again if we come across another house that the floors just need a once over. Great job! Thank you, Mr Sandless

The price is about half of a full refinishing job. Saw decent reviews (and some poor ones) but the…read moreowner was nice enough so I figured we'd give it a shot. What a mistake. Paul showed me a board during the first visit and promised he could match that darkness. By the time they actually did the floor, that color depth was completely off the table. The floors do look decent overall and some rough areas are improved, but the rest is unacceptable and has ruined any appreciation I have for the work. They taped to keep from splashing stain on the cabinets. I saw the tape-it was a thin slice close to the floor. When his employee removed the tape, he yanked the tape upward without paying any attention, ripping the veneer completely off the bottom of my cabinets in multiple places -- much higher than the tape line. Paul later admitted he knew the tape might cause problems when he put it on. But here's the kicker. He said nothing to me about it when he put it on, and said nothing after the damage was done. His employee had to have seen what he was pulling and kept going anyway. No one stopped and said "hey, we need you to look at something." Paul only addressed it after I brought it up myself. I saw the mess when the helper was still working in the closet. He had time to talk to me about it and chose not to. His solution? "Stick a piece of baseboard on it. Nobody will ever know." I'm supposed to glue a random piece of baseboard to my kitchen cabinet and call it a day. I'm proud of my home. This was a lazy man's insult. They were sloppy throughout -- left rugs in my garage where the door came down on them, stain smudges on the door, missing hardware I still can't find. Then Paul tried to charge an undisclosed $75 credit card fee, and my husband agreed to waiving it as a "deal" -- while only seeing photos on a small phone screen. When my husband got home and saw the actual damage, he realized what had happened and how bad it was. The contract, by the way, is handed to you the morning work starts with no time to read it. Your receipt contains language saying you won't sue. I am a 61-year-old cancer patient. I now have to figure out how to repair my own cabinets because Paul won't stand behind his employee's negligence. He had every opportunity to make this right and chose excuses instead. All he had to do was say, "Hey, I'm sorry. I stand behind my work. I'll call a handyman out to fix it." Instead he is walking away to let me figure out how to clean up his mess. Do not use this company.
