They held back 4 days worth of transactions (transactions that should have cleared Monday were ran…read morethrough Thursday), causing me to lose track of how much was in there, then ran through 7 different small (roughly $20) transactions at the same time as a large transaction paying a bill.... the same day a check was deposited to clear all of the transactions. Rather than work with an unemployed entertainment industry worker on at least a partial refund of the $250 in fees they hit me with, they essentially gave me the finger despite me banking with them for 11 years. DO NOT waste your time with this bank. Not to mention, they are not compatible with many financial apps that require a connection with your bank to work, such as Robin Hood, Cashapp, etc.

The Wiggins branch is another great location. It is a small branch but all of the staff is friendly and helpful. They are very prompt and I have yet to have very much of a waiting time and most of my visits are met with no waiting time at all! When you walk in you are met with smiles and feel like you are part of the family. While opening an account for my daughter I noticed that other people where met with smiles and where able to do their business in a very timely manner. They are very friendly and helpful on the phone as well. Unlike many customer services that we call on the phone, Keesler Federal Credit Union representatives are prompt and helpful. I look forward to seeing the smiles at this branch in the future! Oh and my 14 month old daughter is treated like a little princess here as well. Oh and they are understanding and friendly with kids (as long as the kids are not in a terrible mood or in the tantrum state they can be in from time time to time 'insert smile here') as well.

Unfortunately they are closed on the weekends but they also have a drive through ATM where you can make cash cash deposits or cash withdrawals all you got to do is put your card in enter your pin hit deposit and slide in your cash in the opening its easy as 1,2,3! Also provided in the drive through service is a service window to handle any financial needs while the convenience of sitting in your car.
