They were an office that could take a month to do something but expect you to respond and get paperwork in an hour or two. They're never in a hurry but if they ask you for something they hound you for it. They never keep you in the loop of what's going on in the process until they're sending emails and calling because they need something ASAP. I almost went with a different lender but I would have lost my earnest money and my house although I was strongly considering taking that risk because of how horrible the process went.
