There's a clinic located here as well as other businesses in this part of the plaza which is low rent and caters to the local demographics. Reviews the clinic a couple of times and pretty good. Up here in NW Houston, you will find some medical stuff and shops and salons, some tax offices and insurance offices, and some buildings that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone. This place seems to be alive and kicking, for now anyway. Give them a try.

However, over the past 5-10 years as he has scaled his business, the level of service has declined (first, a few minor mishaps here and there or things overlooked on my tax returns as I dealt with new, my guess, seasonal workers who never really took the time to know me or my finances beyond quick conversations). I saw less and less of him and more of other random employees handling my taxes. (It's fine, I guess. I'm not a millionaire, so perhaps he has bigger clients to tent to?!) His personal touch and friendly face was always a source of comfort during what could be an otherwise stressful time: tax season. The major issue I have -which has led to my final decision to take my business elsewhere- is with the front office staff which was at one time run by nice, friendly women but have now been replaced by Michael's wife "Ledy". She is rude and lacks basic customer service. Most of all, given that a large portion of Mr. Rose's clients are African American, she could use a course on "cultural competency" and learning how to speak to black folks versus talking down to them or like she is above them! I would conjecture that the frequent turnover in office staff is due to her poor management "style" and lack of respect. It's too bad that she has gotten in the way of what was once a wonderful professional relationship. Thanks to her attitude combined with the other personnel changes in the business, I will most definitely not be returning!

Mostly because as a Vietnamese I always try to find chances to support our people's businesses whenever I came. I have to say it was the best choice I made. The entire office was so nice and professional, that include Linda and her brother, Peter, and Edith. For all the time I was with them, I always had the best quotes and best care. It feels like a family rather than an insurance company where we have to be vigilant and often get ripped off. I also want to compliment State Farm for the same reason. They reached out to me when I had a small fender bender and didn't pay attention to the accident besides my safety. They took care of everything so professionally and fast that I couldn't believe it. I moved around a little bit in town, and whenever I reported the new addresses, they would cut me a check for deduction if that place is a bit cheaper. That's so moving! Now I have permanently relocated to Pearland, I had to leave Linda Nguyen and State Farm for a local agency and a different company with regrets. Simply because State Farm doesn't really cover home insurance in Pearland and I wanted to bundle everything under one company for good reasons. And even when the new company neglected to send the cancellation to them, Edith at Linda Nguyen graciously helped me get the full refund with no question asked.
