I love the level 5 star band. I've seen many performances and parades. They are disciplined and dedicated. Loara is a great school.

Being the class of 2012 at Ball Jr. High was a sweet and a bitter sweet moment! Let me tell you all…read moreabout my life, teachers the grade point average I earned and what my future lessons I could teach the students. Prepare for the best review of your life! When I transitioned from Francis Scott Key Elementary School in 6th grade, I was getting ready to transition from elementary to junior high school. 7th grade was unlike any other experience I had. I will include each class description and involvement and include the grades I earned. 7th grade was the 2010-2011 school year that began in August and ended in June 2011. My classes were...Beginning Band with Mr. Dave Kraus, Business with Me. Frank Mundi Jr. and Art with Mrs. Guyer. My English class consisted of Mrs. Carol Philip; the long tenure teacher there is, math with Mr. Gus Fieldhouse, Science with Mr. Swoveland, World History with Mr. Jose Gutierrez and PE with Ms. Poggio. It was still considered a great year even though I haven't changed a lot over the year. In all, I had... 38 10-11 4 7 5210 Science 7 HP C- 38 10-11 8 7 0110S Art 1 B- 38 10-11 8 7 1330 English 7 P F 38 10-11 8 7 2440 World Hist/Geo P C 38 10-11 8 7 3495 Pre-Algebra A- 38 10-11 8 7 4100 Band 1 A 38 10-11 8 7 5008 PE-7 A 38 10-11 8 7 5210 Science 7 HP C+ 8th grade was the 2011-2012 school year that began in August and ended with the promotion of June 2012. This year turned everything around from Intermediate Band and Jazz Band with Mr. Kraus, honors science for a second year, PE with Mr. Lombardi, Applied Tech and the beginnings of Multimedia Productions; a website that specializes in film in which I continued onto high school. The GPA average for all two years were a 3.2 and 3.4. 11-12 4 8 1350 English 8 P C 5.00 5.00 38 11-12 4 8 2470 Us Hist/Geo P C 5.00 5.00 38 11-12 4 8 3663 Alg Core Con I P C 5.00 5.00 Algebra Core Concept 38 11-12 4 8 4110 Band 2 A 5.00 5.00 38 11-12 4 8 4130 Jazz Ensemble A+ 5.00 5.00 38 11-12 4 8 5010 PE-8 N A 5.00 5.00 38 11-12 4 8 5220 Science 8 HP B 5.00 5.0 I am pretty satisfied but under the directors of Dr. Jaron Fried, Mrs. Jeanne Elliot, Mr. Robert Saldivar and helpful counseling the score consisted to be an 8/10 and a GREAT time!

This school needs to be avoided at all costs especially if you have autistic or adhd daughter or…read moreson. They will torment and make you feel very afraid to admit your emotions. I went to this school back in 2016 and they were asking me to do rigourous tasks. I wasn''t even getting paid to perform. FYI I was a student. The History teacher was very evil and was upset at me for being late. Doesn't she know that people can be late if there are family occurences in life. She is a Ugly Southern Bitch as well and I urge you to seek treatment from somewhere else. I know my treatment was fair because at least I acted out in violence whenever I was upset. But for a autistic or ADHD diagnosed patient I would make it a requirement to avoid this school. Good Luck.

This was my son's first year attending Orangeview and it has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Having…read moreto change schools, leaving his friends behind was tough and challenging for him. But with the support of his parents and teachers he has seen great improvements and we are very optimistic that he is now in the right path to maintaining academic performance. The teachers have done a great job communicating with us using the ParentSquare app, allowing us almost live access to class content, events, grades and homework. We are very happy to see the efforts to integrate and nurture social interaction and knowledge. This past December we had the opportunity to attend the Winter Concert where my son was part of the Choire. We were so excited and happy to see the event. Thank you Miss Joy Reyes, for your great work!

My son loves his teachers and has a lot of pride in being a panther. Specifically, I'm impressed by the work of the instrumental music teacher, Mrs. Reyes. The amount of growth the program has seen since last year is quite remarkable. Music programs are so important and are a great experience for kids. I'm so glad my son got to have that experience.
