Neighbours who raise concerns are met with snapping responses rather than accountability or courtesy, which only worsens an already tense situation. A dog daycare or boarding operation may be fine in a commercial or industrial area--but this level of noise does not belong in a residential neighbourhood. This is not about disliking dogs. It's about respect for neighbours and zoning appropriateness. The ongoing noise feels like a permanent intrusion into what was previously a calm and friendly area. I would strongly caution anyone considering supporting this business to think about whether this type of operation belongs next to people's homes.

None of them scratched or bit unpredictably. They were very gentle with kids too! The cats are without a doubt 12/10. However the sanitary state of the place has declined quite a bit since the first time I went (4 months ago). Back then, the owner would constantly come into the cat lounge to clean up. However, the past two times I've gone this week, that particular owner was not there. There are visible urine stains and a lot of fur that could be cleaned. It also smelled quite bad. Understandably, with so many cats there are obviously going to be odor. However, when I first went to the place, it smelled a lot better and right now it smells worse than animal shelters. The staff weren't too friendly either. Quite monotone and didn't explain much about rules and such. The previous owner I had mentioned was much better. Overall I would rate the place as 2/5 but the cats were why I moved it up to 4/5. Business seemed super slow and I'm wondering if it's because of those issues. I hope they read the reviews and change things up bcuz I would hate to see this place close down.

I would rate 0…read more Horrible Horrible experience. My 10lbs Alaskan Klee Kai was bitten by the owner's 3yr-old Labrador during the visit to her place. In August, I was looking for a boarding place for 10 days and got her information from yelp.ca. I contacted her through the phone. I told her my dog was nervous with big dogs. She claimed that her 2 Labradors were nice and calm. Then I visited her place with my dog on Aug 2. She first put her 2 dogs in the backyard so we could talk inside the house. After we talked for a while, she invited us to the backyard to see if the dogs could get alone. She first held her two dogs away from us when we entered into the backyard from the side door. While she did that, the 2 dogs were jumping up and down. She tried hard to held the collars. Then she first released the 10yr old one (white). Things went well. Then she released the 3yr old one (black). As soon as the dog was released, he rushed to my dog and very quickly (within a couple seconds) things became out of control. My dog had been on leash all the time while hers were not. I saw him was picked up and off the ground. I was so terrified and couldn't really recall what happened during that few seconds. What I remembered is I pulled the lease so hard till I was able to pick him up and held him in my arms. My dog cried loudly. He was seemed in pain and the area around his waist was covered by the other dog's saliva. My dog ended up in a pet hospital and 2 holes were found in his tummy. He was recovered in 3 weeks. But scars were left in his tummy. After I notified her the result from Emergency Centre, the dog owner claimed that it was my "full responsibility of any expenses that can arise through the meet of dogs". Even after I provided photos of my dog's wounds, a copy of emergency bill and a consents to her to contact Emergency Centre and my dog's Vet, she still insisted my dog was not wounded. At the end, she did not take any responsibility or provide compensation at all. I am just sharing my story and hope no dogs would be bitten again.
