Caroline was great, saw what the other salon had done to me (uneven highlights and uneven haircut) and immediately set to work on helping me out. She used a darker overall color to fill in the blonde sections, she checked the color, decided it needed more time, and checked again. I loved that she was this attentive to what I had asked for. After the color was complete, she made sure my hair was dried and styled. I love the dark, richer color that she just knew would be perfect. Kudos to this salon! I walked in a couple mos. ago on a whim and a nice, attractive lady named Denise had a client that was a no show and was able to cut & thin out my layers. I decided to come back since this is a very convenient location for me ( in the strip shopping center by Ollies in N. Charleston) and her schedule Tues-Sat is convenient for me. The salon is pleasant inside and full of seasoned stylists, most of which have been renting booths here as long as the salon's existence (about 15 years). Prices are a little higher than SuperCuts or Walmart, but those walk-in places are hit and miss with the quality of haircuts and who you might get. I have always believed a good stylist should have an attractive, stylish appearance? They are appointments only unless someone happens to be available.
