Not only are we meeting our mutual goals and getting back to normal Health, we are surpassing expectations, which is very exciting. To say that they're good at their job is just a part of what they do, they are extremely friendly, and helpful. Last Friday when I entered the building it was not raining, when it was time to go, it was pouring. Robb was kind enough to grab an umbrella and hold it above me while I will my will chair out to my van. THATS INCREDIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! Beware of price! The first question I was asked was if I wanted to use insurance. I said yes. They…read moretook my credit card to charge if insurance didn't cover it. I was told that if insurance didn't cover it, my charge would be $160. Insurance went to my deductible and I got my bill which was $260, not $160. I called the store and was told that $260 is the contract rate with BCBS. If I'd had said no to insurance, I would have been charged the retail price of $160 but as soon as you say you want to use insurance, you're not offered the retail price. What the heck? Beyond dishonest. After saying that I was going to contest it with my credit card and not pay, they refunded me $100.

I went from having a painful shoulder that made using it very uncomfortable to a shoulder with full range-of-motion and pain free exercise. Throughout it all, I seldom had pain, just an occasional ache, and never needed any pain med besides Tylenol. My one regret is trying shots first, which only delayed the needed surgery,

Can't get one and being lied to as to the reasons why…read more I have been told the doctor I want "is not allowed " to work on patients over 42 years old (I'm 62) when my co-worker had the same condition and this Doctor operated on him 3 months ago when he was 48. When confronted they changed it to 55 and said the doctors set this age. When confronted again I informed them you previously said he "was not allowed." My insurance company says he is allowed to operate on people 0-125 years old. I've researched 3 different doctors that I'm willing to go with and still don't have an appointment.

Through more than twelve weeks of therapy I've got to observe their work environment and their other therapists and assistants. It's a very professional yet laid back and relaxing environment. They're all good people there.
