Although the app does have an option to change your pickup address, but it does not work. After you cancel your trip in order to update the new address, Uber charges you a cancellation fee. And the original purchase for the trip, Uber puts a hold on those funds for up to 10 business days. They say it's for the protection of the customer, but it's actually to fatten their pockets. They take our money away from us, in say, 3 seconds, but it takes them up to 10 business days to return it to us. What a bunch of crap!!!! Worse service ever!! If the trip is already cancelled, I expect my money back immediately. How many of you agree with me?
