No Ride, left hanging at 2am, and lies lies lies. After a good initial experience, we recently booked again with Roundabout. On our return we looked for our driver. For an HOUR. Email was not answered and phone calls went to voicemail. Mark said that the driver was there (lie number 1). Where was our driver? Doesn't matter, because we had to Uber home. This company is not reliable, they will let you down when you need them, and make it sound like it's your fault. Mark said they had the wrong phone number--it was auto filled, just like the last reservation (lie number 2). Not changed by me, since it's his website I suppose he could change it whenever he needs to. Mark sent a lot of spreadsheets that are supposed to prove that the driver was there (possible lie number 3). So why did we not get our ride home. Totally screwed over: no ride, treated like an idiot, lied to. Not recommended. Ever. read more

I searched around for limo transportation for a concert at Arrowhead Stadium and glad I choose Roundabout. We were from out of state and opted for a limo service for my wife's birthday. Booked in a pinch this morning since I needed transportation to the airport. I issued a quote request to a few places on Yelp, and I heard back fast from Mark with a reasonable quote. I confirmed an hour later and was picked up a few mins earlier than my reservation. The car was nice, clean, and cool. I absolutely love this company! I requested a quote through Yelp and received something within minutes. No one else responded this fast and most did respond at all. I then contacted Mark because I was going to be traveling with my 89-yr old mother, moving her from Kansas to Oregon and we had really heavy luggage and a walker. He was so sweet about it and got me all setup within the quoted rate. The night before, our wonderful driver, James, called to make sure a SUV would be OK and I said yes. He called the next morning and helped me with our luggage and was so incredibly sweet to my tiny little mama. She just adored him. His driving was great and we felt very safe and the ride was very smooth. When we got to the airport, James helped with the luggage, and stayed with my mama in the SUV until a wheelchair could be found. I can't thank him enough! This was a great, reliable, communicative airport shuttle when we booked them earlier this summer. I had actually booked through someone else at a cheaper rate but I had to keep following up multiple times with them and that didn't sit well. Booking an airport shuttle is one of those things you just want to have done, confirmed, on the books and know for a fact that they're going to pick you up when they say they will. Roundabout set things up just two days before my flight, which is nice but I should've been on it and booked them sooner. They were communicative both on Yelp and over the phone, charged what they said they would, and arrived 15 minutes early so there was no stress. OH and they had a carseat that fit.. Another pretty important element on a potentially hectic travel morning. It was a notch above what I've paid before, but the luxurious town car, included tip and punctuality were worth it to be honest. Would recommend and would definitely use again. read more

I use Roundabout Transportation for airport runs all the time. This was my first using them for a night out on the town. The driver arrived to my home ten minutes early and called to let me know he was outside and not to rush out, he just wanted to let me know he had arrived. The van was very clean, the driver was nice and had bottle water available for my girlfriend and I. He was very knowledgeable of downtown and the P&L area, dropping us off within feet of the entrance where we were meeting our party. I had arranged for pick-up later that evening but called halfway through the night to delay the pick up by 30 minutes. The driver arrived exactly on time and exactly where he had explained he would be waiting in a newer Navigator that was VERY nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Roundabout Transportation. Worked with Mark to setup transportation for my daughter wedding. Mark us very flexible with adjusting their service with our world as crazy as it is at this time of covid. Limousine and shuttle service was very prompt and always texted when they arrived. Also the Limousine was decorated with the wedding colors, had water & mints but most of all VERY clean. Very nice drivers but beware if your travel plans change with less than 24 hour notice you lose. It is stated and you pay ( and I tipped) in advance., so when I called the morning of my 330 pm pickup I didn't expect a refund. However since I didn't need transportation that day I hoped to get a credit to use for a ride some other time. Unfortunately they wouldn't even consider it. Once they have your credit card info they won't cut you any slack so make sure you read it all carefully and know if your plans change you are screwed. read more

My family has used Roundabout for airport transportation several times a year for the last four years between KCI and south Overland Park. They are always early and load/unload our luggage even when we have to be picked up as early as 4:00AM. The cars are always clean and the drivers are safe. We used Roundabout Transportation to take us to and from the Sprint Center for a concert for my sons and his friends on his 10th birthday. They arrived at the house early and told us no rush. The driver was friendly and courteous. We had a different limo pick us up from the Sprint Center and was happy to see all of our items were transferred between vehicles!
