After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around. Not only did a find a pocket watch in my price range, but I got a few lessons about the different types of watches and how to take care of it. I got to pick out the one I liked out of a plethra of books. He promised me it would be in on a particular day and low and behold it arrived on time and ready for me to pick up. I even got a nice phone call reminding me that it had arrived. I paid for the watch, and there were no surprises or crazy upcharges. I paid exactly what I picked out and the pricing that was listed in the book. TIP: There is usually one man there, so if there is more than one person in there, expect to wait. But the wait is worth it.
