The lunch menu is excellent, and they have great coffee, teas, chia drinks, pastries, and homemade bread. I've also attended several of their classes, including learning how to make sourdough bread and how to eat healthier. The classes are informative and very reasonably priced. I also enjoy buying gifts there because you can always find something unique, thoughtful, and healthy.
