There was a guy last time I was here, short and hideous hat with patchy beard combo (but I'm sure that applies to several of their employees), that I hated every moment I had to interact with. The "employee" told me they are online order only which is VERY abnormal but whatever. I placed an order and headed that direction only to find out it's supposedly inside of a closed down shopping mall. When I arrive, there's no sign or designation where to go. So I call again and the "employee" tells me to go to the food courts section and they will send a payment link where I have to create an ENTIRELY NEW BANK ACCOUNT through Chime, and pay them through that... All of that to be said and I'm just to trust that they will come out with what I ordered on their phony website.... at 11:30pm.... in an empty dark mall parking lot.... Yeah right lol. IF this company is real, they should take into account how sketchy their process comes off and should consider changing their business practices to something more normal. I called all 3 and only 2 worked. One of them directing me to a single person who told me to order online which I did. After this I received texts from this number (they are attached). The other number did nothing but put me to voicemail but then texted me telling me to order online. I assume the person who answered the phone is the scammer as he was not helpful at all and insisted I order online and pay through Apple Pay. Long story short this is a scam.
