After they blew their promise to show up in that time frame, I was forced to use other means to get into the house, and called them back saying I no longer needed their services since they never showed up when they promised. I asked for the charge to be refunded, they refused saying the charge was non-refundable (even though they never showed up in their promised window and their digital receipt never dictated such a policy either). Currently going through my credit card company now to get this refunded. Would never use again--absolutely dishonest and a complete headache.
