Shortly after delivery I noticed a small hole opening up in the front so I took off the inside panel and found a drill hole. From the outside this hole was filled just enough so it could not be seen but moving the safe made it start to break up. Had there been a fire the heat would have incinerated the very things I sought to protect. I bought a TL30 safe to protect these things that I have now had to put back into a safe storage location. I did not want to have to leave reviews like this, I asked them to return my money and take the safe back but they said yeah it's drilled but it's OK because it's drilled over here not over there. Drilled is drilled! They wanted to fill the hole in again which obviously didn't work the first time, saying, this is how we do it. When I refused they tried to charge me another $800.00 to remove what never should have been sold to me in the first place. Noone drills thru 1.75 inches of solid steel for no reason, they sold me a safe that someone had gotten into. Now I'm forced to deal with a lawyer and go to court, not what I signed up for especially with a company that you need to be able to trust because they have to set the combination on those type of safes. I gave them 1 star only because it doesn't let you give less. Beware! It doesn't matter how long a business has been around it's who runs it now!

I wish I spent more time shopping around for other quotes, since a nearby business only quoted me $80. It was helpful overall but I would only use it again in a true emergency.

Several videos on YouTube show that the cylinder can be removed in under 1 minute using a pick tool... even a stiff paperclip (see photo). Avi chose instead to use an electric drill, a hammer, and a chisel to remove the cylinder in pieces much like a car thief. He totally destroyed the interior walls of the Cylinder Housing making it mechanically impossible to ever achieve ignition (see photo.) The ignition switch attached to the Housing was also missing when Avi was finished. This made it electrically impossible to achieve ignition (see photo.) And yet, Avi insists that he started the vehicle. During a subsequent phone conversation, Avi berated my knowledge and stated that if it can be shown that his actions caused damage, that I can report the incident to his company's professional insurance agent for compensation. The problem is... Speedy Key Locksmith refuses to reveal the needed information for a claim... assuming they really are insured. The vehicle had to be towed to a dealership for repairs. The extent of the damage and lack of available new parts required the entire steering column to be replaced with a used one adding nearly $1,300 to the total cost. So much for Speedy Key Locksmith's website that claims, "Satisfaction Guaranteed." They have zero integrity, and I wish I can rate with minus 5 stars. I recommend using a better trained or more experienced locksmith.
