Other than that, the movers worked efficiently and protected the furniture from damage. In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. They even went above and beyond to help me put a new bedroom set together that was still in the boxes. Mind you, the apartment complex I moved into decided to repave the roads, so they had to park the semi on the street, get a small pick up, and ferry every item a quarter mile and then haul it up two flights of stairs.
