In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. Part of the scam to bilk people out of money. I'll never ever use them and I'll never ever recommend them to anyone! Worst moving company in the history of moving companies!

Mind you, the apartment complex I moved into decided to repave the roads, so they had to park the semi on the street, get a small pick up, and ferry every item a quarter mile and then haul it up two flights of stairs. Day two they brought two more guys to help out at the storage facility. Got the shipment four days later. Took us two weeks to find two boxes (10/11) as they were Tagged but packed inside a storage cabinet...why? If you're going to tag some thing with a number, you don't shove it in another box. Lots of extra paper and empty boxes packed in a box??? The storage items were just tossed in random boxes with no rhyme or reason. Clothing in my room that was in the closet hung up, At first I was impressed when I opened up the box and they were all on hangers. Then I got to the bottom of the box and guess what remainder of my clothes on hangers were shoved in the bottom. Not cool, as all of these or dry clean only and completely wrinkled. We were flabbergasted as to why they took everything apart! There was one shelving unit that we could not put back together. Some of the screws could not be located. So in order to put the stands on the tv we had to come up with our own screws. We never did find our WiFi extender. Nothing was broken so that was good! The movers on this end were confused because none of the bedroom furniture that was in boxes was labeled as to which room it went. In addition the boxes were marked incorrectly with what was inside, an example: Box marked tools and inside was kitchen items??? Thank you guys for picking our stuff well. Next time we move we will ask that nothing is taken apart!

They broke things that don't break unless it is intentional. They overcharged for 'materials' I'm still unpacking boxes that contain nothing but their packing paper. They are incompetent, untrained as professional movers. In fact, you'd get better service hiring high school kids or day laborers. They even took my own moving equipment they used. Check out their reviews elsewhere. Broken, 'missing' items...you name it. The worst ever. Not to mention the overcharges.
