In fact, in the middle of me checking out one of the girls complained to her boss that she needed to go on break. Even though I had explained to her and her boss that I was in an emergency situation where I needed to be checked out as quickly as possible it was prolonged because the girl checking me out, needed to go on break immediately during my checkout process so they had to switch positions in the middle of it all. There was multiple opportunities for them to offer me some help, but they chose not to and instead wat watched me struggle and seem to not give a single f. This was two days before Christmas. Extremely disappointing. poor staffing poor management.
