He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business. I went to multiple printers in Palm Desert for quotes on advertising materials. I got quotes from…read morestaples, the FedEx store, a few online places, and Palm Desert printing. The quote that they gave me was not the lowest nor the highest. I think staples put in a bid from their national center for slightly less (like $50). What I soon realized though is that the quality of the product I was quoted from Palm Desert Printing was vastly superior to everyone else. Not only have all the products I've ordered here been too-notch (postcard mailers and magnetic signs) their customer service is very on-the-ball and would recommend them to anyone looking for a printer. I love that I can have reasonable rates for my materials and I have an actual person to interact with (opposed to an online printer) that takes accountability for their business.
