I even had a few language lessons with the waitstaff who humoured me as I practiced my very beginner Italian on them. The first thing that caught my eye and consequently ordered was piadina alla porchetta. A spectacular choice. The piadina itself was light, slightly toasty, with a nice hint of olive oil but the main attraction was the pig. Delicious, sumptuous, well seasoned porchetta made this dish a massive hit for me. And for just €5 I was suitably impressed. I happily spent a solitary hour here soaking up the atmosphere, sipping on coffee and reflecting on my delicious meal. Thumbs up from me. Arezzo, Italy Loved…read moreour two visits to this oldest restaurant in Arezzo. Owned by two brothers, this is either the third or fourth generation running the family restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, and the food so inexpensive and delicious. Great portions, we dined twice. Oldest restaurant in town, not to be missed! Wild Boar, Rabbit, Snails, are some of the specialties, tiramisu not to be missed! Loved!
