In addition, she provides excellent customer service. Recently, I went to a local Home Depot to get two copies of keys. The only reason I went was the convenient location. When I came home to try them out, both keys were incorrectly cut. Brought them back for a refund. Of course, I headed right out to Bob Fraser's to get copies.
