I had a great experience with LockitUp Storage in North Ogden. I really liked their security system. Using the app to access the facility and open the gate made everything incredibly easy and convenient. It took the hassle out of getting in and out of my unit. Their customer service was excellent as well. Everyone I interacted with was patient, friendly, and helpful. The combination of modern technology, convenience, and great customer service made this a very positive experience. If I ever need a storage unit again, LockitUp Storage will definitely be at the top of my list. read more

I stored my belongings there for probably 4 years when I moved out I called and let them know I would be out no later than the 8th but was out on the 5th after paying for the full month they would not refund any of my payment!! I would not recommend storing your things with this company they don't tell you you won't get any money back if I had known this I would have waited a d gotten my money's worth out of them!! They also don't snow plow or clean up so that you can move easily during the winter! I miss the old managers that used to be there read more

I used this storage as I needed to store my household goods for 3 months. The owners were very helpful and really nice people. They have a wide variety of sizes both temp controlled and not. I found it to be a great value for the price. Location is great too. Did I mention that the owners are amazing! read more

Very nice and helpful when I rented 2 months open space. the couple running the place, acted like we had nothing better to do than stand around listening to their past experiences. I knew their life history by the time we left. Turns out our trip was canceled. When I returned after two weeks, she acted like she'd never seen me before, I knew from reading the agreement I signed, that I would not get a full refund. But I was entitled to have the second month refunded. I can"t use the language I'd like to, to describe how badly she treated me. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I wish that there was an Easy Storage in every state! The convenience of their self serve kiosk is such an ingenious idea! There's absolutely NO hassle with setting up an appointment with their office staff. You just drive up to the kiosk, choose the size of your unit, and rent right there! The facility is completely safe. Iron gates all around and a main iron gate that in order to enter, you must key in your personal access code. Many facilities in Ogden that we researched prior to going with Easy Storage, did not have the kind of protected properties that we found with them. Lastly, Joan and the staff at Easy Storage are so easy to work with. Always professional and courteous. Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding our storage, they were easy to contact and always helpful. I highly recommend Easy Storage and give them a 10-star review!! Excellent facility!

She is not someone that should be talking to customers. She definitely hates her job and takes everything personally. I've never been treated so rudely in all of my life when rent a storage unit. Even the very first day I started my contract she seemed to have problems with wanting to explain anything to me without getting upset. Yes im the type of person that doesn't read or remember all of the fine details of a contract. Or know the ins and outs of renting. But if ask a question and im a little bit shocked about the contract the first response from the worker should not be ripping me a new one for asking questions and not understanding them fully. They have misleading signs that say they don't raise the rent but they do it's just worded in a way to get you hooked. And when if you ask any question about anything she comes unglued. Only reason I rented from them in the first place is because it was a good location for me and cheap. And now i know why.

There was an incident with a payment which they misplaced about 8 months ago which was difficult to sort out with them, but still, it was ok until this month. I called in October to let them know I was vacating as there is a 2 week notice requirement. At the time they said, no problem, let us know when everything is out. My bank sent a check for November rent on 11/1. I called again in November to let them know I would be out that week, again, they responded with great, let us know when you are completely out. I vacated on the 11th and called on the 12th to let them know and find out how I get my pro-rated refund for the month. Their response...we won't give one. ??? Yeah, if you hadn't paid us on the second, we could have done it they said. I don't understand what difference that makes so I continued to press her that no one told me that in the recent communications, but she was firm, condescending, and rude. "I can't read your mind" was one comment. "We have 564 other customers who are just fine with this policy" It's an arbitrary policy, that allows them to collect double rent on partial months, which is ripping people off basically. I told her that would prevent me from using them again if this couldn't be resolved. Her response, "That's fine" with a silent "I don't care" attitude. So they don't care about return customers and I really won't be back and I'm going to tell all my friends not to use this company either.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do, listened as I pointed out a pet area to avoid, finished quickly, and didn't try to sell anything extra - I paid exactly what they quoted. Moving the sprinkler system into the yard ended up being the biggest challenge of this project-trying to find the lines that went under the side walk so they could be rerouted was like looking for a needle in a haystack. But three days of work and the mow strip looks amazing and we didn't have to break our backs getting this all done by ourselves.
