Aiken Storage Management added a $12 rip-off fee even when told that it does not expire. When told that we would not be paying the $12 ripoff fee, management says that a late fee will be tacked on the every month the ripoff fee is not paid. We will be removing out storage contents out immediately. Please stay clear of these ripoff artists.

I would recommend this facility. Staff is very responsive and personable. The only complaint I have is that the unit I have been in for only 15 months has increased in price dramatically. We started at $67 per month and it is now $98! That's over a 46% increase. If we weren't leaving soon, I would be shopping for a new unit.

I went to storage sense on the 16th to check a unit. It was supposed to be climate controlled, but the air was out. I was told it would be fixed by the time I moved in on the 20th. I paid a mover to move me there and it was not fixed. This followed by many excuses and promises and today the 26th it is on the 90,s by late morning and over 100 at the end of the day. I asked to use the insurance I pay for to move me out, so my things don't get ruined. I had found units nearby that were much cooler than any building there. They will only move me to another unit on the property and offer deals but this is not about the money, this is about my things and I am so sorry for the people that don't go there and don't know that this has been going on for at least 10 days. Beware of building A and any promises made!
