We instructed Vance's office, when the returns were completed, to DO NOT efile our return, while we looked into the issue and yet some weeks later, he did efile the incorrect and without our written approval, as required by the IRS! As you can imagine, we a dealing with a issue, that should not have legally taken place, because of this issue. I cannot recommend this office.

He wasted my time and this is costing me more money in penalties and interest that I think he should pay. I don't understand why he couldn't return one phone call, his unprofessional behavior is appalling, he lied to me and I would recommend that you take your business to some one else. I brought a crap load of baggage because of all my traveling and entertainment as my job - it's a mess of paperwork sometimes and they had no problem whipping through it all in good time. They handle everything efficiently and professionally. I will never go to anyone else! I recommend them to all my friends who are super happy with them. I actually recommend Ben himself because he has just done so much for me and my husband. He makes our life easy. And his price for doing our taxes each year is around $600-$700. For a small business he only charged us $300/year and he will do monthly statements for you if you want at $125/month and even work in your end of the year fee into it so you never get a huge bill. This guy was recommended by a good friend of mine. I went to him office gave him my personal tax returns for him to do and told me that I was going to get a refund, this was back in October of 2022. Another one of my friends went to see him and he did not trust him for something that happen between them. So I decided to use a different CPA this year 2023 and my new CPA told me that Benjamin Moore never filed my personal taxes right. Therefore I had to pay now the IRS. I told the new CPA that I was supposed to get a refund back for the job he did in October of 2022 but I never did and he then told me that it was because Mr. Moore filed my taxes wrong. I called the office and now he is hiding from the situation. I did talk to his secretary Dawn and she told me that he will mention the issue to Benjamin Moore, but he did not get back to me. So please do not pay this guy any money up front and if your getting a refund back, wait until you get to then pay him for the services. I believe this guy is too old to be doing taxes for someone else. Wait until you meet this character he looks like Cash the singer always dress in black clothes. I believe the ones that are giving him the 5 starts are family members. This guy is a con artist a scammer. Be careful.
