Locksmith scammers like this prey on the elderly and on people who are locked out. DO NOT USE THEM! If a Locksmith will not give you a general price over the phone then dont use them. They try to bait you with a $20 or $30 Service call then oversell you on a cheap lock and outrageous labor rates. Use a reputable Locksmith. These guys are crooks
