I was able to go to her location and change out the studs, but lacked a tall enough jack and lacked the tools to finish the job right at the end. We called family to come help us and they brought more tools than what I had on the site, and somehow still we didn't have enough of the right tools to finish the job to get the car back on the road to drive it home. So we called for service late in the night after spending hours dealing with the situation with everyone tired and just wanting this nightmare to end for us. The gentlemen showed up in short order, which surprised me because he was ahead of the estimated arrival time, he even came well prepared thankfully. Took a look at what the problem was we were facing and grabbed two different small toolboxes and within 10-15 minutes we finally had the car on the road driving away all fixed. Seriously my biggest complaint, I should have just called him sooner and had him come out. I've dealt with lots of mechanics and roadside repair jobs alongside the road over the years, I'm the person everyone I know calls when they have a problem. But this one time I just lacked very specific tools for the job I was faced with, and to my sheer surprise he just happens to carry them as a part of his well pack tool kit. IMPRESSIVE! He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and seriously well prepared. He asked that we give him a review online, and that is something I agreed I would happily do, because if I ever need to call someone again I'm calling him myself.
