They often make plans and set appointments to come through and never follow up or execute on the appointment . i'm leaving my review because it's a lot of wasted time working with tech three or four days to never show up. I'm not a fan of the extremely high price of $300 and then lowering it to 150 sometimes less than 100 just because that's all I have left at the time. Be careful about working with Khaled he is one of the main technicians who set up times and does not meet them. It's just a poor experience.
