Lucky for me I took a drive and happened upon this gem of an antique store. The vast barn is filled to the brim with vintage merchandise from decades bygone if not centuries! You could spend hours rummaging through every nook and cranny, certainly reminiscent of my childhood. Phones, clocks, jewelry, lamps, rugs, furniture, clothing at garage sale prices, they just took the garage sale hunting to one convenient location! They have recent items as well, hand made soaps, candy shop, juices, jellies, omish made products as well. This is an antiquarian's paradise in a Pandora's Barn of treasure's! Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day.
