When we turned the Truck on the horn would not stop honking we drove it to the Ford Dealership as the horn was still going off to see if they could help us because we couldn't get ahold of the owner of the shop. The dealership didn't know what was going on so they unplugged the horn. The next morning we went in to talk to them and the owner told us that they never even worked on anything to do with the steer which was not true as they fixed the steering gear box, he then said that his female tech said the horn was going off when we brought it in ( which was not true, we never had a issue with the horn). The owner then said he had to think about this and would get back to us. When he did get back to us he said we would have to pay for the part, we did not agree to that as they broke the clock spring not us, he then proceeded to say that this female tech didn't hear the horn ( like they said at first) he said she seen the airbag light come on ( which it does when you first start the Truck and then turns off. They still have yet to remedy this problem. Just a heads up not to take your vehicle in to this shop, very unethical and doesn't care how your vehicle is treated.

Loft was there on the expressway to her car within 15 minutes, tried to temporarily fix it for the rest of her drive but a minute back on the road and it broke again. The tow truck driver made sure she got back on 1-94 safely in front of him, followed her to their shop and permanently bolted it back on within 10 minutes at the most reasonable cost imaginable for the entire trip, time and effort spent. As a worried mom three and half hours away, I cannot express my gratitude enough. Osseo is lucky to have such an awesome business with such great people. The world could use more of you!

don't bother. these guys will screw you. it doesn't say family Automotive because they're aimed at…read morehelping a family this is family Automotive because it is a family working there. that aside these guys claim to do everything including the tow but what they really do is they tow your car and they give you an unrealistic shot at redeeming yourself then they'll strike up a deal and buy your car for scrap and wave the fees that they incurred. for those of you that are still a bit lost this is called a racket. they claim to do everything but when they received my vehicle which just needed a fuel pump they told me that it's going to need thousands of dollars of repairs and they can't do it because... and get this... they can't do it because they're too busy fixing other cars. choosing between a rock and a hard place I was forced to scrap my car for a measly $100 [and it has give cats] because I couldn't afford to pay them for the tow. however I had brought my car there with a grant from a business in Chippewa falls that agreed to pay for parts and labor no matter what it cost. I tried to get family Automotive to repair my vehicle no matter what the cost and yet again they said they couldn't do it because they'd have to get the service done somewhere else. sounds like a scam because it's a scam. now keep in mind I'm homeless and that's why I had the Grant from this business in Chippewa to repair my vehicle I chose family Automotive because they had competitive prices which did me no good in the end except I lost the place where I was staying which is my car for $100 when all it needed was a fuel pump. this is not a auto repair shop, this is a tow service and scrap yard. don't waste your time!

Ron Weber was our advisor and Andrew did the work changing and balancing 2 new front tires. Prices were fair and they didnt try to gouge us for extra stuff. They were efficient and thorough. Truck keeps going into limp mode maxing out at 55 mph. i vocalized that I do not want the truck anymore and the dealership refused to buy it back. the truck definitely had issues they knew about before selling and refused to make right.
