Had my alternator go on my way up to the Twin Cities. Had already stopped at 3 other shops before we got to Osseo and all had turned me away without taking a look saying they were "too busy" and "already full for the day". The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas Tree when I called over to Loft Service; I was convinced I was about to be stranded with two kids and a dog on the side of the road. I cannot tell you how relieved I was when they said to bring it on over and directed me to their shop. The workers were incredibly friendly and professional throughout. The only delay came from waiting on the part to be delivered, but they put a rush on it and got the work done as quickly as possible. My two little kids, yellow lab and I spent a few house next door at The Nickle (Also 5 Stars; You should totally check them out). It was nice to spend the delay playing in the field, indulging in tasty treats and sipping on yummy coffee. After a bit, we were back on the road good as new. Highly recommended! I arrived without an appointment traveling from Eau Claire to Milwaukee. I had gotten a phone call from my brother telling me there was a puddle of fluid where my car had been parked, he thought it could be the break fluid and told me to get it checked right away! He googled the closest service center which was Loft Service Center, I explained my situation, Roger checked the break fluid and asked me to wait until one of his employees was done with lunch. He said he had a couple people out sick and they were really stacked up. The technician got my car on the lift and checked the brakes, thankfully it wasn't the break fluid but a different issue that wasn't an emergency, Roger didn't even charge me!! Roger and his team go above and beyond on every service related issue. The knowledge, recommendations are top notch. Vehicle is always returned clean. Work is completed neat and clean. Roger and his team make customer aware of every expense to detail no hidden costs or agenda. This hometown shop and its dedication to its customers and its community is hard to beat. I wont take vehicle anywhere else. Trust is hard to find these days in the car/service world. Roger always takes care of us. The have been times where something had broken on our vehicles, and even though he is booked, he tries his best to get us in. Great service and really reasonable cost for repairs and labor. If any one has had a bad experience, maybe it's not the business, maybe they are just a bad customer. This business was great to me when my rear brakes went out. I was on a road trip, alone, still 70 miles from a town where I was supposed to teach a class in 4 hours. They identified the problem, got the needed parts, fixed the brakes, alerted me to another problem that was developing but not in immediate need of attention, and had me on the road in under 2 hours. I was on the side of 94 outside Eau Claire waiting (unsuccessfully it turns out) for AAA to find a tow truck. The State Patrol suggested I call Loft Towing instead.
