They were so warm and gooey with cheese and butter. Definitely a must get! Then we both ordered sandwiches. My daughter got the chicken bacon ranch wrap, but as a sandwich and she got the picadilly chips with hers (she dipped hers in ranch) and I got the turkey sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries ( I dipped mine in fry sauce). The server was friendly and quick. She was cute and refilled our sodas frequently. Also, she even gave us a cup to take the drink to go. I would say this is the best place to eat in Delta!

DIY Dining Experience @ West Desert Grill…read more We stopped in for dinner and knocked over a Mountain Dew. Totally our fault--but while we scrambled with napkins on the floor, several employees just watched. No offer to help. Until we got up and asked. Then they brought two rags, which, bless their hearts, weren't nearly enough for the size of the spill (20 oz?). Eventually, after asking again, the waitress brought over a sticky mop--and just handed it to us. No joke. We mopped the floor ourselves, while she stood there. To be clear: we were her only table. It was so awkward we started laughing... mostly to keep from crying in public. The silverware was dirty. The soda was flat. The food was okay, but if you come here, expect a DIY experience. One star for the mop--it tried.

It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Not a bad place for a rest stop or a reasonable local hang out as well with some decent food.

The cheesesteak was alright. It was nothing to complain about or write home about. The jojo fries were kinda undercooked but good and seemed homemade almost. Attentive service, not overbearing. A lot of locals since Richfield isn't exactly a destination but you'll get the same treatment and be just as welcome.

I told her it was a first date and I was aiming to make it count. She didn't hide behind policy; she leaned in and helped me anyway. She went the extra mile and noted a table near the fireplace. That kind of touch means something. It's rare to find someone who helps set the stage for your evening before you even walk through the door. Laynee, you made a cowboy believe in smooth first dates again. If the steaks and service inside match the care you showed on that call, Steve's is doing things right... and I just might have a shot at that second date. Thank you.

The steak was not good. It was way too salty. We tried both the steak ends and the strip (I think…read morethey called it the Cowboy steak) and both too salty. The adult plate for the steak ends turned out to be as small as the kid's serving. We ordered "seasoned vegetables" as a side and it turns out that's just heated green beans probably from a can. The fruit side for the kids was also just canned mandarin wedges. The kicker is the entitlement to a 20% tip and the false claim that it was somehow a new mandated minimum, almost alluding or implying that it was a law or regulation. I tipped the 20% because I felt pressured to do so, which I regret. I usually tip 20% if service is good since I had friends and family in the restaurant service industry. But not being given an option and the entitlement mindset is off putting. Building is nice though...

The place was very busy with a que that was long in both wait time and length (hotel guests eat free). The que could see empty tables and in a few cases became visibly upset. Enter Supergirl. She bussed tables, took orders, seated customers, delivered food, and acted as the cashier. She did a great job in the face of an impossible task, all with a smile. The smile remained bright, even in the face of upset and demanding guests. If the manager is reading this, you have a rare and very valuable employee in Lisa. Oh, by the way, the breakfast was very good.
