The lovely wife was scoring more than Gary Busey outside the Santander Arena at 2am on Christmas Eve. Several items were marked down 70 or 80 percent along with a wide range of size and color choices. I mean we're talking actual wearable clothing for $3 or $4 dollars a piece and really good name brand sneakers that were $70 for $35. I was ready to gouge my eyes out with salad tongs at the thought of coming here but the lovely wife found what she wanted which makes her happy and she found it in what I thought was record time which makes me really freakin' happy so I felt that we were winning more than Charlie Sheen. I decided to go to our local Chico's in hopes to find something similar that she would like. I went to the sales rep for assistance and explained that we saw the following items at the outlet, and I was hoping to find something similar at this store. The rep immediately began talking down to me and made me feel like I was "cheap" because I had been looking at the outlet store. She was rude, and didn't offer much help other than to repeatedly say "we don't have that at THIS store". I'm aware that the outlet has last season's/different styles, I was simply hoping to find something that she could recommend that had a similar feel to it. Ultimately, we left and ended up spending $500 at White House/black market where they seemed to care and offered suggestions that would help us find similar styles to what we found at another store. Thank you for pushing us to a better brand! They have our business from now on!

The selection was small (I get it, small "boutique"). My other issue with this place was the rather unwelcoming atmosphere. One would think that there would be some of the most basic pleasantries in a place where you can purchase things that are a little on the pricier side. We also found the way that they spoke to our 15 year old daughter inexcusably rude. Apparently she was not handling something correctly in the dressing room, & was reprimanded. We also found their sales manner a bit pushy, to say the least. "Are you ready? Can we ring that up? Are you ready?". I do admit that Bc of Sheri hill dresses, there is a chance I might return-but will definitely contact Sheri hill to find another location near us that carries her designs.
