I am serious- no pressure sales and as much 1:1 time as needed. They also are dog friendly and collect athletic shoes to be fixed up and distributed to those in need. Elissa was incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to find shoes bc and insoles that were perfect for what I need. She was so kind. As were everyone else in the store. I will only be going back here for athletic shoes in the future.

The shoes didn't have any cardboard or paper stuffed inside them and they also had clearly been used because the heels were dirty. After emailing and calling I still haven't gotten a response. When I get anxious (just happens frequently in stores or appointments) I tend to talk a lot. They listened. And they were so polite!! Upon heading to the athletic shoe department, I had no idea how I was going to find the best shoe (frequent falls have been occurring so I had my walker (with seat) along. De Jaun and Nate were absolutely perfect professionals. Nate took over after the first half hour. He (and De Jaun) were so knowledgeable about support and insoles. Nate spent at least an hour with me saying "just one more pair." He helped with the lacing and seemed invested in making sure I did not select a shoe "just because." Nate shared his knowledge in such a kind way. I ended up with the perfect fit and insoles. I met the Team Lead (John) and shared my gratitude for such stellar service. I had to duck in. Lots of Eagles Super Bowl swag, stickers, shirts and hats. I purchased Phils and Birds stickers and a really cool Phillies knit cap. Prices are way more competitive than I would've expected from a place located in the heart of the city. One interesting thing, while I was perusing the shop a person walked in and asked the employees "Do you sell anything aside from Philly teams?" The answer "Absolutely not". The shoe people don't work on commission or anything so whatever shoes are recommending to you. It's based on the fact that the shoes are what your feet need based on the scan. The employees are always super, super helpful and super knowledgeable, and they also have a wide array of orthotics, braces, and workout gear. Wearing the right shoe is going to be the biggest value possible to your feet long-term. Make your feet happy and get them the correct sneakers and don't just wear the shoes that you think are going to benefit your feet turns out I'm often wrong. My feet are much happier now. Plus they have an app so you can get points and stuff just like add a big chain store but you're still shopping local.

I ended up going with a shoe they didn't have the size or color in stock that I wanted, and they weren't sure if it could be ordered. I ended up getting a phone call 2 days later that the shoes I wanted had already arrived and were available for me to pick up that same day! Very impressed by how quick they were able to get them in. Jason was the manager on duty and was extremely understanding of my frustration(s). He went above and beyond to make sure I left a satisfied customer. It was also nice to see how he interacted with his employee's. It was very apparent that he had a great bond with his employees. Even with a busy store, all employees I engaged with were happy and helpful.
