Very unpleasant experience. Unprofessional and chatty office staff. Heard them inappropriately gossiping with each about other patients on a few occasions. They also enjoyed making lewd comments about their frustrated tinder matches. As far as the care I received from "Dr. Osland" he almost seemed annoyed that his treatment plan wasn't working for me. I explained to him that my issues were unfortunately not improving and he told me "to be nice to the doctor." Every session felt like I was burdening him. Geraldine is the best masseuse around! Every session with her helps relieve so much pain and muscle damage. Geraldine is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I love that she is willing to share her knowledge of the human body and injuries during our sessions, especially to help take my mind off my pain and relax. Dr. Osland gives the best adjustments and friendly conversation. Our adjustments fly by with every chat; always leaving me wishing we had more time. Whoa! Loved the vibe of the office! From the signage outside to the decore in the waiting room and the absolutely unnecessary Rocky painting in the room I was taken to. Came to find out where each of the items of interest had originated from and loved it. I did as suggested and printed my patient paperwork. Saved a ton of time in office. Got a great rate with my insurance and felt like the doc really listened to my concerns and areas I was looking to improve in mobility. His feedback was practical and thorough, without feeling generic or condescending. He is hip and knows his stuff! I am new to the chiro usage life but definitely plan on taking advantage of my insurance plan visits. Give him a shot! Book in advance or ask about being called for cancelation openings. This poor review is for the staff not the doctor. As I sat in the waiting room the receptionist sat on her phone watching TikTok which I could both hear and see. As I continued to wait, a second staff member came to sit with her and they both began to talk loudly about personal things such as not liking her boyfriend's mother and calling her names and not wanting to go to a family dinner with her boyfriend's family while cussing loudly and weirdly moaning as they did so. I did not want to hear any of this but unfortunately they were talking very loudly so I did not have a choice in the matter. I overheard the receptionists talk to someone over the phone who seemed to possibly be late to their appointment or something of that sort and they were very unfriendly, spoke with a nasty attitude and were frankly quite bitchy while talking. After the phone call they were gossiping about the person on the phone and of course were cussing as they did so saying things like what the f and shut the f up to each other and laughing. I would not want anyone to talk this way about me in any place of business so unfortunately I will not be calling or coming here again and if you read this I advise the same to you. read more

My Son was recently in a car accident, rearended by someone under the influence of somthing. He received some soft tissue injurys. Dr Osland and all the associates/ managers helped him so much. Dr Osland's adjustments and the massages are really helping him recover. They got him back to school after some treatments. Were thankful for everyones efforts. I recently went in to Logan Osland hoping to get an initial consultation, and I ended up walking out before I had even seen the doctor. I had an appointment for 12:30. I showed up at 12:20 and I had already completed my paperwork, so I handed it to them, and was asked to wait. At 1:07, I was finally asked to go wait in one of the rooms, and the doctor would be with me "in just a few minutes" At 1:22, I just decided to leave. I had other things to do. While I was in the waiting room and the adjustment room, I could hear the doctor just chatting away with staff and other patients like he was catching up with old friends. I get it if things get a little behind or backed up, but really, chiro adjustments should be a quick In, Out, Done. I've been to a few other places in the past, and on a busy day my whole visit might take fifteen minutes. An hour is way too long to keep someone waiting. Try to be more aware of time and communicate with patients if the wait is going to be excessively long. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Osland for about 6 years now after being treated by a few different local chiropractors with not so great results. I was tired of feeling like adjustments were forced causing more pain or ineffective in that i felt just as bad after I left. I hated having my neck wrenched and feel like it was gonna fall off! Dr. Osland was gentle and helped identify the problem for me in a way i could understand. He focused on preventive measures like exercises and posture to help keep me from re-injuring myself. During the time I have seen him he has treated me for a major shoulder injury and post surgery rehab. Since I am a hairstylist and dance teacher I needed to be able to continue my level of activity and he was able to help me achieve that. Other people had told me to give up dancing and live with pain. yeah right! Dr. Osland showed me how to work smarter and build up strength to keep doing what I do! After a car accident this year Dr. Osland help me recover from whiplash and a concussion and I felt like I got better care and advice from him then from my medical doctor. He also identified a mild case of scoliosis in my preteen daughter and suggested we follow up with our physician. His staff is friendly and professional. Logan Osland is a great Chiropractor I found here in Ventura. I usually wait to go see Dr. Osland until I really need to, which is within 1 hour of me calling his office for an appointment. I have never been turned away and there is always availability on short notice. For some reason the timing always works out and his methods help get me back to work and on the mend for my out of whack back. I recommend anyone to Dr. Osland for both convenience and good his practice. He doesn't charge the crazy fees other Chiropractors charge here in town, and he isn't one of those holistic spiritual quirky types that have scared me away in the past. He will give you a heat treatment for your back, adjust you and a quick electrotherapy and you are on your way back to doing what you were doing! read more
