This hospital is really nice & huge! I have been to the 'Budge clinic' a few times now. With covid, we are required to wear masks & sometimes they take your temperature upon arrival. The staff is always helpful and efficient. I checked right in & was called back within a few minutes. There are nice chairs to wait in outside the lab. I've never been upstairs, but it looks like there are doctors offices. On the main floor is the Lab & a pharmacy. read more

Very lazy nursing support staff is very good but if you get onto the floor since I hit and miss what kind of a nurse you're gonna get where there a Hitler or a really nice one, but this is my I'd give 000 if I could. I came in heart attack admission they put me up on the floor the patient's floor single room in 2:30 AM. I still haven't received any of my meds at all my daytime med and nighttime meds. The nursing staff got upset at me. Around 3:30 AM. Summer nurse that I've never seen got upset and ordered me out of the hospital. Tried to explain I was brought here as a cardiac patient. I haven't received any of my medication's. She just started yelling get out of here get out of here I mean, really really loud enforced me hospital 15 minutes later, they found me in street full-blown heart attack. The life flighted me Saint Marks system to Salt Lake emergency services with Saint and which time they gave me seven stents in my heart arteries. read more

Went in for a mental health crisis. The therapist was very rude and snarky, and so was a lot of the staff. They talked about me right in front of me like I didn't exist and acted like I was crazy. They also left me in wet blood and water soaked sheets for 3 hours. They wouldn't even let me inform my family I was in the hospital. They also wrote down "co-dependent" in my chart because I was asking to call my partner and my brother to let them know I was there. read more

Second worst delivery experience first was Brigham city. Discharge nurse for our newborn was letting the baby choke on vomit and when I tried to help she strong armed me and got in my face. Then called the cops to stand there like I was the problem. read more

Went to Logan Regional for same day surgery of a knee. I was impressed with everyone that attended me. Special shout-out to Daisy and Diane as my primary nurses. The staff were caring and attentive. The chicken soup they sent home with me was fantastic! read more

First, the Cardio Cath Lab Team saved my mom's life. Dr Rhee and his team were professional, courteous, and executed the procedure with care and precision. Secondly, the ER ambulance team that transported my mom to Ogden did a phenomenal job of gently securing and reassuring her throughout the journey. Genuinely Impressed. As someone who was previously disappointed with the care and policies of this hospital... I have to acknowledge that my recent experience in ICU was exceptional. I was honestly amazed and grateful for the entire team of medical staff that worked so effectively together. Dr Mitchell and Nurse Amanda are the best medical professionals I have ever interacted with, which is saying alot since I've had extensive experience with numerous hospitals and medical professionals over the years. read more

Budge clinic is okay here. But the emergency department is terrible. I brought my son in with a 104 fever for over 24 hrs. The dr made me feel stupid for bringing him, stating that no fever is too dangerous. He was 2 years old. They discharged him, and didn't even record his fever in discharge papers. Not sure if I can include the drs name, but I do have record of it. I would never trust these people with my child again. They do not care for the patients and talk to you like you are stupid. Worst experience ever. Felt like they just wanted to clear a bed, as if my son was not important to them. read more

Not as a patient, but as a visitor to a new mom and baby. This little hospital is QUIET. Maybe my only real experience with hospitals is from TV-I expect things to be chaos; medical staff running around and spitting out jargon that makes them sound incredibly knowledgeable and every patient they see has complex medical issues. That's not real life, I guess. There is a nurses' desk just past the waiting area where you have to check in to get back to the mom and baby area. Each patient has their own four digit code, and if you don't have it, you're not going back. I like that- safety and security provided. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and congratulated us. (It wasn't MY baby, but I was a newly appointed Auntie, so I was happy to accept the congrats.) Another thing that is not like TV is the window where you can peer in and oodle over all the new babies. This hospital (and most nowadays) allow the babies to sleep in the rooms with the moms. So the only babies you'll see in the nursery are those that need special medical care. The rest are bonding in the room with mama. read more

I went into the ER with occipital neuralgia. they shot me up in the neck sitting position. No pain medIcation was given or anything to bite on. I clenched my teeth too hard as the pain was unbearable and broke both my back molars left side. the last shot they gave me ran down the back. I spent the night waiting in a parking lot at the pain management center. When they opened up they saw I was in a bad way and gave me proper shots to fix it. I complained to The hospital and asked if they could use this an a medical for my insurance they never did I was out of pocket about 5k for morbid mistake. read more

I was just in here for acute pancreatitis last Sunday morning after 4:30a.m. & was treated by Dr.'s Porter & Bingham & was told to get my butt back into the hospital ER if I didn't feel any better or if I got worse by Dr.Bingham!After I was discharged from the hospital ER,I was being pushed out to my friend's van by a hospital ER nurse & her family dog started barking at her!I came by ambulance & I had called 911 & went in that way & was treated with such respect & dignity to where I'll keep coming in here & will keep on recommending this hospital to those who ask! read more

They've remodeled and it's really nice looking inside and outdoors. Friendly staff and the cafeteria is so good that locals will come on their lunch break just to eat here! They also killed my mom from malpractice back in January of 2017, but other than that... I would recommend this hospital and Dr. Chambers, for sure! read more

Witnessed a HIPPA violation in a private patient room. When the charge nurse found out about a staff member violating the law, (company policy requires the individual to be written up) she barged uninvited into the room, closed the patient door, and proceeded to threaten me by summoning security. Since a member of the staff was the violator, security never showed up at the room. I did notice someone outside the room kept a constant watch on me in the room. Within minutes of the start of a FaceTime call to grandson to wish him happy birthday, a nurse abruptly interrupted the call to start discharge paperwork. Lunch arrived about five minutes later. The nurse was anxious to get us out the door, so she offered a plastic bag labeled for toxic waste for me to package the newly arrived food. Hospital stays are stressful!!! Came into the ER level 9 abdominal pain. Dr thought symptoms sounded like a kidney stone despite me being really clear I have pancreas disease. Previous medical history was completely ignored. Kidney stone CT came back negative and ER doc just sent me home. Completely gave up on me in a dire time of need. As I lay in pain in my room all I could hear was cackling out in the hall as the staff thought is was party time and not time to treat patients. I will never go back to this hospital again. read more

Everyone at the hospital is excellent, well trained, and welcoming. However, watch out for the billing they are a disorganized mess. I got stitches and a got a big fat bill for it. I asked if they went through my insurance they said the insurance denied my claim. My insurance didn't deny my claim. I kept on getting the same bill in the mail. I contacted the hospital 3 more times with evidence from my insurance and they said they would correct the mistake and give me a new bill. They never gave me the new bill and instead sent it to collections. I called the collections agency and they finally corrected the correct amount I was supposed to pay. This went on for 8 months. read more

I got out in one piece and am still alive today, so I guess they did what they were supposed to!

Possibly the worst hospital I have ever been too. The nurses were freaking rude. The doctor didn't listen to anything I said and on top of that they almost gave me a Medicine I told them I was allergic too. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy! read more

I had a horrible experience in the behavioral health unit where I felt under constant attack by some of the staff. At one point my blood pressure was 210/190 and the nurse said they don't treat blood pressure in that unit. I guess she didn't like me and wanted me to stroke out and die. Fortunately one of the other nurses called the dr behind her back and got it under control. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER go back there. read more

My husband has to go to radiology for paracentesis. Dr. Parker and Brian did a wonderful job during the procedure. My husband was very happy with the entire experience. We will be requesting them next time we have to visit. read more

Logan Regional Hospital Intensive Care- the most insensitive, unfeeling nursing staff that I have ever encountered. If your family has any other options I would suggest you go elsewhere. At a time when our family is enduring one of the most devastating experiences possible we have been treated with a total lack of compassion and basic kindness. read more

I had my first baby here and will never come back. The whole experience was about THEM & Their procedures. I felt completely at their mercy in regards to the entire birth and postpartum exerience. If you are considering a natural childbirth, this is not the place for you. read more
