They are constantly coming up with their own pricing structures not consistent with their corporate policies or even their own from last year. Concrete example #1- During inclement weather and Gwinnett Schools closing, we were still charged the full week? Why were we charged for before and after care when this service was not rendered due to schools closing? Example 2: We pay for before and after care which includes 2 hours before school and 2 hours after. On early release days, they charge you extra EVEN if you pick up your child during the 2 hour aftercare hours you have already paid for? Why are we double charged? I recently recommended 4 families to the Center and deeply regret it because of the lack of consistency (and guess what, not referral bonus). There are other centers close to this one. I say choose one of them.
