Granted, it was a weekday around 3 in the afternoon there weren't many people there. When I got arrived there was only one person in the mixed dog run with her dog. When I left about a half hour later, three other people showed up but everyone was in a separate dog run. The people I met were all very nice and I was told that the park rarely has anyone in the dog park area. I found that really odd because it seems like a nice park with a lot of room for your dog to get all of their energy released.

He then decided to attend another meet and he did not acknowledge or greet the parents (the people supporting his awful business) or his students. My daughter won her first medal and he did not acknowledge nor congratulate her. And this is the OWNER of the company??? He should not run any business until he learns how to communicate with parents or children and treat them with RESPECT!!!

As you can imagine food & beverage are not allowed from outside the park. Staff check bags upon entry. Food & beverage are NOT cheap (why I gave 4 stars), but they have a lot to offer for a smaller park. We ate before we went so stuck with beverages & Dippin' Dots only. Oh, my son got fried pickles & they were REALLY good!! They have a few activities for children; bounce house & the back lawn to run around. PLEASE be careful on the lawn- one child was hit in the face with a ball hit hot off of a bat when we were there. There is no net to stop them from getting out there. My husband saw him in a wheelchair going to medical. Yikes, I hope he's going to be OK!!! A fun night, good music & a win for the Stipers. Those girls get all the playing time even with not always showing up to practice and if they do they are often late. My daughter has had 2 games in the last 3 weeks while a 1/3 of the roster has had 9 games. This is not the first year this has happened before where certain girls get double or triple the games that some of the other girls get. I would stay away from GSA at all costs.

My wife is the primary policyholder and submitted the required form with my date of birth, phone number, and all the ID numbers. However, Gold's Gym staff kept insisting my name had to appear on the submitted form--even though the form is generated by an automated email system that only shows the primary policyholder's name no matter what you do. I also had my insurance card (showing both our names) and my ID available, but that still wasn't enough. To add to the frustration, when I tried to talk to someone higher up--like the owner or a manager--to get some common-sense resolution, I got absolutely no help. It was like talking to a brick wall. And to top it all off, they don't even offer a veteran's discount, which I find unbelievable in this day and age. I'm only going to this gym because of the insurance rate, but the sheer lack of common sense and customer service has left me really disappointed. I hope they can improve how they handle straightforward situations like this, because it really shouldn't be this hard. They get two stars just because the equipment is kept up.
