The marina is part of a gated community of several high rise condo bldgs so it has security. Restaurant "Belle" is excellent. Safe Harbor has done an excellent job investing in making an already excellent marina into an outstanding one. Easy access off ICW for fuel and for a transient slip. The facilities are excellent, clean and safe. Visiting boats have use of a pool at a nearby public Golf Country Club, but it is a healthy 1mi walk from the slips. We shared some very good guacamole and chips with some spicy sauce on the side for those of us who enjoy a little extra tingle. I ordered my first Poke bowl, which consisted of Salmon, avacado, fresh ginger, mixed greens, sesame seeds, some teriyaki and lemon slices. I walked on the dock with my Rum Punch. It was very good. This was such an awesome place to sit back and enjoy your drinks. They have a bar area and places to sit with plastic patio tables and chairs in front of the marina. This is a hidden a gem so glad that i found it. Now I will visit when I am in the area or with family visitors. This is definitely a locals area only they could know about, but really feels like you just went on a mini vacation that is not that far from home and is not traffic crowed.

The docks are by private gated access so the general public cannot roam freely among the vessels. The seawall walkway stretches quite a long distance which makes it nice to go on a jog or take a nice stroll with a friend or two. Parking is available for people going to their slips. There is a yacht master office in the building next to the parking area. On the weekend day of the farmers market it is nice to get some food there and take it to the seawall to sit and look at the boats while picnicing.

Each time I've contacted them and each time the reply was that it was my problem, not theirs. Their people really couldn't care less.
