Our purchase was a challenge due to the behavior of the seller and seller's agent. Kyle was patient and worked to get us through the process with our sanity. At our celebration dinner, he shared some of the challenges he faced, unbeknownst to us, and earned even more of our respect. We also had a snafu with the closing/mortgage companies. Kyle stepped in and used his connections to get the documents we needed before closing. It was nothing short of a miracle that we closed in a timely manner and, even in this market, at a price that was lower than market value. After closing, he came by and checked in to make sure everything was alright. There are a ton of realtors in the area. While I can't vouch for their quality, I can definitely state that Kyle is the best realtor we have worked with in the last 10 years (due to employment and family, we were involved in a half-dozen moving events.)

They ended up evicting us, after they had been begging us to renew our lease. They hardly ever kept up with the pool maintenance, and there were several holidays we were unable to use it because it would take weeks, sometimes months for them to address a pool issue. Firstkey would switch pool maintenance companies regularly,. there were just so many issues associated with the home it's a shame.

I came in to promote a business opportunity that would help bring awareness to their company and offer their realtors an easy way to earn additional income by referring friends to our apartment community. Unfortunately, I was met with complete disinterest and disrespect. There was no greeting--just "What can I help you with?" while she remained on her phone. When I tried to explain the purpose of my visit, she cut me off and said, "Okay, I'll tell them," without asking any questions or showing any engagement. When I requested a business card or contact information to follow up, she refused to provide anything and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone else in the office. This interaction left a very poor impression of the company. Front desk staff are the first point of contact and should reflect professionalism and basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend addressing the behavior of this employee, as it directly impacts your company's image.
