My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. I've had marginally better experiences shipping out of this location than midtown. By marginally I mean there isn't usually a line out the door, but definitely still always feels like a queue. Rolled up at 8:15am. Again, store was completely empty with no one inside. There were several cars in the lot just waiting. We waited for five or so minutes and watched other frustrated patrons trying to open the door. Again, the sign outside clearly states they open at 8am. What an absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. Shipping is already annoying enough. But hate how you can't even get there early to avoid the crowds. I guess you just always have to show up in the middle of the day and stand in line for an 15-60min before an overworked and disgruntled employee takes your package.
