I wanted to design custom moving announcements and house warming invitations so of course I called them up, it was a Monday. No one answered so I left a message about what I wanted and left a contact number. A couple of days went by and I hadn't heard back from them so I called back and left another message, giving the same information as before. A couple days went by again and since it was the end of the week I decided to send an email, because I know that for a lot of people email is easier for them to give a quick response back to, and I went a head and added all the information about what I wanted to do in my email. And almost a week latter the response that I have received is: .......*insert cricket sounds here.................and here...........................and here............. Not getting back in touch with a potential client after they have tried contacting you serval different times through the different medians that you have provided on your website, Facebook page, and websites like Yelp is the opposite of amazing wonderful customer service. Even if you are experiencing extraneous circumstances a call back, or a reply to an email, saying "Thanks so much for your inquiry however because of "blank" I can't take on any new work right now. But please keep us in mind in the future." is an example of great/amazing/wonderful customer service and its just the proper thing to do. By not even giving a response you don't only lose that business now but you have lost future business as well because you have completely turned these potential clients off of your business. A potential client should never have to try so hard in order to GIVE you their business. You are the one who is supposed to be jumping through hoops to GET their business and if you're unable fill the needs of potential clients' or if its a job that your not interested in taking on it is still your responsibility to communicate this to them. The level of excitement that I felt when I discovered this business is the level of disappointed I now feel. Not to mention the bad taste in my mouth.

Mark said he would send about 30 different designs for us to select from. I thought it was excessive but fine - send 30 different designs. What we got was 8 different formats of the address that looked like a middle school kid put together on PowerPoint. None incorporated the building and half of the formats sent had the address of our building misspelled. Of the 8 different formats of letters, they sent it in multiple different colors. I told Mark that getting the same format in 100 different colors doesn't mean he's sending me 100 different "designs" and the "designs" that were sent have NOTHING to do with following the guidelines I wanted the logo to follow. None had incorporated the building. If you want to lose $1000 and get 100 variations of a PowerPoint presentation, hire them. If you want to spend a fraction of that and have a real graphic design artist create a logo - go to UpWork. I posted the same guidelines on UpWork - had an estimate provided to me for $450 and the guy delivered EXACTLY what I was asking for on the first try. Logo Houston was an absolute waste of time and waste of money.

He has been using Lionetti graphics for 18 years and has collaborated on multiple large scale jobs, including this year and now no one seems interested in working with us as a paying customer.
