After having to wait about 2 hrs for Level 99, we decided to peruse the mall. This place caught my eye, it has lollipops (duh) and a glass display filled with chocolate. They had several unique candy I haven't seen or classics. One of the classics I bought was the cricket in a lollipop. It tasted very nutty and wished I had a bag full of em. Other items I bought were the gummy ramen and taco for my niece. I like the funny names of their drinks as well! read more

This place has one of the best gummy candy selections I've seen in a while. Gummies are my favorite candy and they have so many great ones here. I love their pineapple, grape and lime ones, but they also have really cool boozy ones, as well as these delicious jelly filled whales. My wife is a Kit Kat fanatic and they have a whole wall with different varieties of them from Japan. There's a ton of different eclectic candies and drinks, it's pretty hard not to find something awesome to enjoy. This is one of my favorite places to stop in Natick Mall. Got some macarons this past weekend and they tasted old and dry like the weren't refrigerated ! most macarons are supposed to be frozen then put in the refrigerator when they are going to sell them! Well kept and clean store. Tons of choices in the form of candy, gummies, lollipops, bubblegum, sour strips, chocolates and what not... You can scoop as much as you want in a small plastic bag and you pay in the end... I am not bothered about the prices as I think it is worth the money for getting these things from the store in a place like Natick mall. I need to try their flavored sodas sometime. Sign up for their rewards program and it will give you some payback over time. This place has become my kids "must stop over" place when visiting the mall. read more

Our candy goddess customer service was OUTSTANDING, although I don't suggest going on busy days - their registers/cashier service is slow and they are still ironing out the kinks. I also watched while two teens that actually bought stuff, did help themselves to samples because it was nutty and no one was watching. I couldn't flag down help either. Its a high end confections establishment. And hoping the economy doesn't tank, it should please the high end Natick Collection clientelle and curious visitors, for a long time to come! Very nice new addition to the natick mall. The store is very clean and visually appealing. They offer many different chocolates and truffles at the front counter. Inside they offer various candy and chocolates from different parts of the world, which is cool. In the back they have an area where you can make your own bag / box / jar of candy, kind of like the candy fun factory (forgot name) used to when it was in the mall - but MUCH better. It was our first time here and Troy was very enthusiastic and helpful with everything ranging from the fillable jars to the macarons to the rice crispy treats. Old fashioned candy shop!!! I love candy, and candy shops for that matter. Living in Westwood, I was jumping for joy when Sugar Heaven opened at Legacy Place. However, it was a huge disappointment due to customer service and prices. However, this place in the Natick Mall is great! They have a much more vast and extended candy selection, including many more things from the olden days. They have this amazing cotton candy and even better gummy products. The employees are always around the store and all super friendly. They actually look like they are from Willy Wonka with the striped outfits... throwback to the 1970's! Now, I haven't commented much on it yet, but they are a costly place. No, they aren't exactly as much as Sugar Heaven, but mostly everything is still quite expensive, and really you won't be able to get too much for what you pay for. In closing, this is the perfect spot for some candy in the mall or something specific or unique. Don't buy your entire "candy for the month" supply here though.... go to someplace like Walmart or Stop&Shop for that. 4 stars for Lolli&Pops. read more

What fun shopping in this store! Clean, colorful, and chock full of candy. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. In fact, quite friendly. A first visit can be overwhelming due to the hundreds of choices available so it helps to have some guidance. They have candy you have never even imagined! Lots of international options, too. The store place has really nice decor, and color choices. It's like a prettier version of Dylan's. When you enter the store the place is literally a rainbow, there's also huge lollipops everywhere (5 stars for that). However the place is expensive. I saw these Japanese candy kits (which are awesome, and hard to find in the states). But when I found out the prices, I became very disappointed (2 stars for that). The kits were $10, and they didn't have a wide variety of them. PLEASE LOWER THE PRICES!!! I could also get these for $2 at amazon, even though it takes a month to get them but still the prices were reasonable at Amazon. When I was there, I got the macaroons and my brother got a key lime truffle. When I have macaroons, they're usually soft. But these were a little harder. So now I'm confuse, are they suppose to be hard or soft. The key lime truffle was good, but the lime flavor was strong which I didn't mind. 4 stars for the food. Overall I wish the store would lower the prices. read more

I like this place.It reminds me of something from a Harry Potter movie.really. I have walked in before just for a look and then came back. The people who work there have these uniforms that are supposed to be old fashioned, which is nice. One of the girls offered me a sample. They have a candy counter to the left, which you can buy candy buy the pound on the other side are european candies, some honey sticks and different flavored cotton candy, to the back there is a large assortment of retro candies and gums.and along the wall is some sugar free as well as chocolate and non chocolate candies. its around 13$ a lb, not that bad, ive seen more expensive,also different flavor candy bars which cost a few $ more. you can sample by the lb, i had the chocolate covered ritz cracker with peanut butter and it melted in my mouth, yummy! i bought a few of these as well as some dark chocolate coconut ones. I would suggest coming here last on your shopping trip in the wam weather so not as to worry about melting. However, the cost can add up, but if you want just a few items, its not that bad. I like finding items that I would not be able to get elsewhere. I will definately be back. read more

Found this store 1 week after its opening while Christmas Shopping at the Mall. The store is very clean and the staff was helpful. They have everything you could basically imagine in the store, but the best part is they partake in International Candies and Older candies that are very hard to find like a Bosco Candy bar! They have many different types of sodas like Bacon Soda and Alien poop soda :P and Macaroons on display. I really think this store is a win and happy to see a real authentic candy store in the area. They play music from the 1930's to 50's from what I heard playing and the staff dress up in vintage candy outfits with the cap and all. The only reason I gave it four stars out of five is because some of these candies like the British candies are way overpriced when you can find them at stop N shop or star market for 1 dollar they sell them for 3+ dollars. Gummy gingers they had displayed for 5 dollars but they are 1 dollar at the Christmas tree shop. So it is a great store and very fun to see things you haven't seen as a kid but this kind of store is the place you would go when you have money to burn on candies and can't find what your looking for other places "type of store". Overall I will be coming back here again and hope it stays for a long time. read more
