The first time I just walked in to buy something from the cooler for my mother in laws birthday, I was immediately welcomed and greeted by the original owner of the shop on a Sunday. There was a variety of price options and she was even kind enough to add a few extra flowers for free. Was so pleased with their quality and service that 2 weeks later I walked in again to purchase flowers for my mom's birthday. Wasn't quite seeing anything premade that jumped out so Hilary, was sweet enough to introduce herself and offer to make something. Gave her the colors and trust that she would come up with something gorgeous. Arrangement was done way earlier than promised and looked amazing. They have earned themselves a new customer as the arrangements lasted a long time and I have been so pleased with their service. I asked if they could deliver to my wife's office in Eastvale and told them the place closed at 5pm and they agreed, helped me pick which arrangement over the phone (looked through the website with me and made suggestions) and called me around 4:30pm to confirm that the delivery would happen with an ETA of 4:50pm. That situation speaks for itself. Great service and they'll be my main florist to use for my wife moving forward. It's hard to find a place you can trust these days.
