I unfortunately hired a scam florist for my anniversary with my wife and realized it at 2:30pm (her office closes at 5pm). I went to yelp and found Daisy Kart Florist and gave them a call around 3pm (they close at 4pm). The gentlemen I spoke with was super nice and empathetic to me getting scammed and wanted to help. I asked if they could deliver to my wife's office in Eastvale and told them the place closed at 5pm and they agreed, helped me pick which arrangement over the phone (looked through the website with me and made suggestions) and called me around 4:30pm to confirm that the delivery would happen with an ETA of 4:50pm. That situation speaks for itself. Great service and they'll be my main florist to use for my wife moving forward. It's hard to find a place you can trust these days. read more

I had a very specific idea in mind for floral arrangements for a recent event celebrating my husbands new job. I went into the shop a couple of weeks ahead and showed Andrea my inspo photo, she agreed that she could make it happen and in addition to one large centerpiece I also wanted to add two smaller arrangements to compliment the table. She agreed what I needed and said I could pick up first thing in the morning the day of my event. I was extremely happy with the end result, Andrea was able to make the arrangements identical to my request, and the smaller arrangements were gorgeous as well! I paid extra for specific vases that were luckily available the day I went to the shop to order, I wanted the arrangements to be extremely modern with circular vases. She sent photos the day before and as you can see, she did an amazing job! Thank you Daisy Kart! Also shout out to Ally who helped me to my car the day I picked up the flowers and offered me boxes so they wouldn't tip over or spill while in transport, that was very helpful. It would have been nice if they were already in boxes-- when spending $300 on flowers a box to protect them should be standard. I'm happy Ally was there to offer that to me, I appreciated it! I ordered a 50 rose arrangement for delivery. It took the lady three attempts to get my information in the system correctly because she said the system kept crashing. Red flag should have canceled and moved on to legitimate business. Day of delivery I get a call from a snotty lady that said they made a mistake on the rose bouquet. They delivered 34of the 50 roses. The best part was when she told me I was under charged. This review is long over due. I got married back in October 2019 and received the most beautiful flowers ever! I wanted white flowers with black centers and they made it happen. I think they had to make a special order too. We also wanted them in this gardening type of globe and they were able to fit the flowers in them perfectly. I wish I would have told my sisters to keep some flowers to preserve them since they were so nice, but I was very much in the moment of enjoying our wedding. Ordered this sympathy arrangement for a friend, from group of work friends. I sent the group the below picture on the left from their website. We all received a thank you email with the attached picture which looks NOTHING like the website image. The roses aren't lavender, which was a main reason for choosing this arrangement, as it's her favorite color and has more greenery than anything. When I called I was told that Telefloral Photoshops their pictures and that the roses are lavender, that they come in different shades, something about not having some of the flowers in the picture so she substituted to others AND that she upgraded it to a larger vase! A very sweet lady answer the phone and helped me. I live in Dana Point and my sister lives in Eastvale. I asked Siri for a florist shop near my sister's house and Daisy kart was one of the 10 that showed up. I chatted with the lady on the other line and she asked me questions and being a guy. I didn't know much about flowers and said it was your birthday and I saw an arrangement and they picked it up. The kind lady on the other side asked me a couple questions and of course I did not know the answer to and I said make it a large bouquet like in the picture. My sister called me in tears, telling me how beautiful her flowers are, she took a picture and send it to me. This had to be the most gorgeous arrangement of flowers I have ever seen. I picked up my daughter's corsage for her prom today and was very disappointed in the quality of their work for the $45 I was charged. The corsage looks like it was made for little girl. The three miniature roses were already wilting and barely any ribbon. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of customers on this special day for their teenagers going to the prom. read more

Define order confirmation... When you place an order, and receive confirmation, that would lead you to believe business has been conducted and your order would be processed, correct? Apparently not. I placed my order online and input all of the delivery information, which obviously included the city and zip code of the recipient (my daughter). The online portal allowed me to proceed with the order, continue to billing along with sending out a confirmation. Mission complete... However.... late in the day on Valentine's (7:40pm) I received a call advising the location of the delivery was outside of their delivery radius and was not successfully delivered. Now, I could understand if this call occurred maybe 7/8 hours ago, I would understand, but calling and advising at an hour where NO PLACE is able to deliver, is absurd. Piss poor service, or the lack of, I should say. read more

I found them via teflora. I found a bouquet I liked, it mentioned substitutions would be possible, and since my dads girlfriend is extremely picky, I called them directly to ask about substitutions. I told them the name of the bouquet and they said it would not be an issue. I asked them politely, that if any substitions must be made to please stick with the color scheme of the arrangement(lavender and purple). He said the vase should be available, I said even if that too should be substituted please NO PINK. Clear would have been better than pink, though the arrangement should have had a purple vase. The arrangement was delivered on time, but was a pink color scheme with very few purple accents. If I had known, I'd have gone with another florist or made it myself. I understand substitutions must be made sometimes, but the overall color of the arrangement came out pink. It would have been nice to be told they could not accommodate that. I'm not sure if the man over the phone forgot to note no pink(even though I said it several times) or they just ignored it. read more

The flowers were originally gorgeous when delivered on Friday for Mother's Day. Beautiful pink roses with varietal of flowers. It's only day 4 and flowers are already wilting. There hasn't been extreme heat for them to die. I even trimmed the stem so the flower could get water. :( read more

The ladies who helped me were very nice and informative. They were able to put together a very nice arraignment at a walk ins notice. The shop was nicely organized and very kept. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my son and his girlfriends prom. I ordered it in person and specifically told them red roses. I watched them fill out the order form and everything was correct. I send my son down there to pick it up as we were out of town. When my son picked it up he sends me a picture and I told him that is not it, I ordered red roses. He goes back inside and lets them know I ordered red roses. They then asked did someone call and change the color. My son said no (I was on the phone with him the whole time). They then told him they don't have enough time to make a new one and that they would spray paint it. I work for a grocery store and plants come in spray painted all the time so I said that's fine. But then after my son send me a picture and it looks like the rushes to paint it and it looked cheap, spray paint on the baby breaths on top of it looking ugly!!! I did not spend 50.00 for it to look cheap and spray paint on the baby breaths. Working in customer service I have learned that you let the customer know if you don't have the product and see what you can do for them. I should have never agreed to them spray painted it because it just made it all that much worse. I'm pretty sure they did this to a lot more people because I already know another mom this happened to. The sad part is I recommend this place to them. They did give my son a small bouquet but that is not the point she was wearing a corsage and my son was wearing the boutonnière that looked horrible and cheap! I will be asking for a refund and will never go back there again. read more
