My truck was recently broken in to, and the theive(s) took everything they could get their slimy hands on like my drill, cash, "happy anniversary" cards...even my jacket. my dirty, sweaty, work outside when its cold and wet, jacket. John and his crew handled it ALL in less than a few days, and my renters insurance was able to cover the losses. While I am grateful for how they handled it personally, i learned a lesson from it, and hope this is one thing they never ever have to do for me again. If you're here reading reviews to determine whether or not you should employ John for your insurance needs, you should know I live about 45 minutes away and still stick with John and his team, even though there are several others closer to where I live. You will feel the same way. The personal touch they provide can't be found anywhere else.

Went for an interview on 9-18-17 for a CSR position and was advised they had several applicants and…read morewould be a couple of weeks before a decision was made. On 10-18, I called to see if the position had been filled. I spoke with the office manager and she advised they were still interviewing. I commented there was a lot of applicants and she agreed. This call took place at 1:30pm and at 1:54 pm I received a decline letter by email. The decline letter was not written well. Even asking me to reply if it would be okay to save my resume for 6 months. This was poor. You don't send a decline letter and then ask for a response. It took nerve to send an email out minutes later after my call. Did she not have the nerve to tell me on the phone?? This was unprofessional. She could have waited and sent the email the next day....20 minutes later (come on, now). I thought "really". Would she have like it, if it was the other way around with her being the applicant? I decided after this mishap that this would not be a place that I would want to be employed at or to conduct business.

The biggest issue seems to be getting the tow service. Today my husband waited over two hours and five different one 800-number customer service representative's to still have to find a tow company himself. I made a phone call to the local Shelbyville office, only to get a lecture about distance of the tow. And,asked if I had already called the one 800-number to which I answered that my husband had. When I called back two hours later, I was advised by a different staff member that it was much quicker to call the tow company ourselves rather than wait on customer service to locate one. That information would've been much more convenient to have from the beginning, rather than later. Considering I have A severe medical condition, I would not want to be sitting by the side of the road for 2+ hours waiting on someone in Georgia or wherever else their customer service is based to figure out who is going to come toe my vehicle. I have not changed insurance companies in a while, but I am thinking it is time to look around because the customer service with this company has seriously declined since we first signed up in regards to every dealing that we have had. Now not only does my husband have to do their job and pay the tow truck, but then he has to take the bill to the Shelbyville office to have a check cut to cover their portion of the tow. Considering all of this is part of our policy, it should've been taken care of with the first phone call to customer service and not over two hours later and him having to do it himself.

In insurance you really do het what you pay for so insure those things you can't afford to lose with a great company. Go ask a car body repair shop whom they recommend to treat you fairly. When moving back from CA both agents worked with each other with transferring my information so it was one less thing I had to worry about. Brian really went above and beyond in helping out a couple of complete strangers. He actually called the tow truck company for us and helped us obtain transportation so we could get back on the road to see my husband's father for Father's Day!
