When I arrived at his office, we realized that the medals weren't made of true gold, so the original engraving method wasn't working as expected. James took the time to test different engraving machines & eventually switched to diamond-cut engraving to make sure the medals turned out right. The process ended up taking about an hour, but James was incredibly patient, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire experience.
