When I spoke to the owner about what happened he told me the boss mechanic is always mad when he talks to him and that he's been complained about before. Either way It's Costco gas, the workers are friendly, fast and keep the lines going. This Costco gas isn't quite as big as the one I normally frequent in Union, which is interesting I like The Wayne Costco, but prefer Union's Gas. This is simply because there are three pumps for each line up as opposed to two here which really slows things down. Still it's Costco gas and that means it's good prices but if you're really in a hurry you could go down the road.

The attendant saw me but decided to come out of the booth when the next car pulled up. He then decided to serve that person before me. So I thought, no problem I will not make assumptions. NEXT SITUATION happened to me last night. I parked and went into the store FIRST. A Caucasian female came in after me and stood behind me on my left. The cashier looked over me (somewhat difficult to do since I stand at about 6') acknowledged her first and was ready to serve her. I went to Prospect Corner Exxon this afternoon to put air in one of my tires. I fed six quarters…read moreinto the pump as required but the pump stopped working after five or ten seconds, which is not enough time to fill up a tire. I went into the convenience store associated with the gas station and asked for a refund. A man behind the counter refused but said I could get a refund by calling the phone number on the machine. I went back outside to get the number but there was none, so I went back inside and repeated my request for a refund. The man behind the counter told me to speak to one of the pump attendants, whom he indicated was the boss. I did this but the attendant/boss also refused to give me a refund with words to the effect that he would tear the air pump out of the ground before he would give me a refund. Needless to say, I will never go back to Prospect Corner Exxon.
