I was past due on the oil change and it was late in the day so I continued with the service because I didn't have many options at that point since I work during the week and won't be able to get it done for another week if I passed on it. This is exactly what they are counting on. Needless to say, I will not return there. No transparency in the pricing and once you're there they know it's 50% chance you'll give in because the appointment is made, you've driven there already and you need it done.
