Caleb arrived right on time and took care of business - communicating with us as he went through the extermination process! I appreciate the 30-day guarantee as well, just in case we have any lingering spiders or other pests. A one-time service cost us $299, which feels like a great value given the team's overall responsiveness, and speedy but intentional service.
